Program Overview
PROGRAM DURATION: 15 Weeks
MEETING FREQUENCY: 2x Weekly
DESCRIPTION: The AeRo curriculum, presented by the Asian American Jaycees, is a STEAM program aimed at educating Hawaii’s youth about the concepts, function, and application of UAS or Drone technology. Spanning a 15-week semester, students will not only learn the science and technology aspects, but will also gain a proficiency in building, maintaining, and flying racing drones. The program will cover all aspects associated with drones with the goal of helping to establish Drone Racing as an official scholastic sport.
